I'm Miah, Md Ruyel. I started my career as a Highway Design Engineer, where I quickly realized that a deep understanding of soil behavior is fundamental to the safety and performance of any infrastructure project.

This motivation led me to pursue a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, specializing in geotechnical engineering. My foundational experience includes 4 years of working on national highway alignments and cross-sections according to AASHTO guidelines.

Looking ahead, I aim to continue with a PhD and build a career that seamlessly integrates research, academia, and professional practice in the field of geotechnical engineering to ensure safe, resilient, and sustainable infrastructure.
